These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Town Hotels (hereinafter, "the Provider") and the user (hereinafter, "the Customer") regarding the booking and accommodation experience in urban establishments managed through the website townhotels.com.
The service consists of facilitating hotel room bookings and other services related to the stay, with the Provider acting as an intermediary between the Customer and the associated hotel establishments. The final quality of the accommodation experience depends directly on the final providing establishment.
Confirmation of a booking is subject to availability at the time of the request and to full payment or the required deposit according to the policy of the selected hotel.
The prices shown include applicable taxes at the time of booking. Any change in tax legislation after confirmation may result in an adjustment, which will be communicated to the Customer in advance.
The Provider strives to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed about the hotels (descriptions, photos, services). However, it does not guarantee that such information is always completely up-to-date or error-free, and declines all responsibility for minor discrepancies that do not materially affect the accommodation experience.
The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the stay, including, but not limited to, service interruptions, loss of luggage, accidents, or dissatisfaction with the hotel's quality, unless they are a direct result of demonstrable gross negligence on the part of the Provider.
The Customer agrees to comply with the rules of conduct and internal policies of the hotel establishment during their stay. Any damage caused to the facilities will be the financial responsibility of the Customer.
The processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, the Customer agrees that we may use their contact information to manage the booking and send communications related to their stay.
